Fitness - 1-wake up every day at 5am no matter what to do breathing exercises,2-free hand workout like push up and suryasan on empty stomach ,3-open fast by afternoon, 4- eat no milk products, 5- eat fish, greens and fruits only,6- once a twice a week eat whatever food your body craves for,7- challenges I faced in my work zone regarding my body was to keep the maintenance,I'm a total goody foody and I just can't and just won't only follow diets all the time,as I think it's soul disturbing and also harmful for the mind and body..There are plenty of good things in the world to eat, so good food, avoid red meats and there is plenty of good things to drink so drink juices, avoid alcohol and other caffeinated soft or hard drinks.and yes to follow this I face a challenge every day as it's not easy to live a healthy life if ur life in the past has been only about food..8- I get inspired by all the aspiring actors and models these days,I think they have their head on the shoulder, they all are into fitness and totally involved in breaking boundaries in looking and feeling good..
