'Dev DD' is a web-series about wild-child Devika's search for love, sex and everything else in between - like betrayal, heartbreak, self-destruction and redemption.
Devika Dharmendra Dwivedi, 19, is a rebel without a pause. An outsider in her own house and family, she is a modern girl with a sharp tongue, a rock star attitude and the cojones to stand up for her convictions. But Devika is caught in the small-town mentality of Lucknow. At odds with her mother since she is not how 'good girls' should be, she is happy with being on her own, until she finds and falls in love with a boy who is just as wild and rebellious as her. But like all love stories, this too has many twists and turns. She is betrayed and, heartbroken, she spirals into a miasma of self-destructive behaviour that includes drinking and lots of senseless sex. But then she finds the love of her life, and her life starts coming back on track. But he is a much older man. And she is someone who cannot be tamed.
