BCL co-owner Anand Mishra (Marinating Films) is excited as the fourth season goes on air today. He is confident that the show will do even better this year. “AR Mrs India MTV BCL, being in its fourth season, promises four times the drama, entertainment and energy BCL is known for. Our campaign #4ismore is intended to deliver to the viewers just that and more,” he says.
He adds, “Considering it’s the fourth season of BCL, we could churn out no less but 4 times the magic and masti of Box Cricket League.”
It’s going to be quite a treat for the players too, promises Anand. “BCL is a period of rejuvenation for all actors. They just be themselves and indulge in competitive games and fun which leads to a lot of natural drama and entertainment,” he says.
Ask him who his favourite players are this season, and he says, “While there have been some consistent performers throughout the history of BCL, this year there have been quite a few surprise performers as well. Especially girls this time have really upped the ante with their performance.”
He adds, “With balanced teams performing this year, the competition will be more crisp and fun to watch. Even last season, each match became an edge-of-the-seat experience with it being really difficult to predict the winner even up to half of the second innings
